Recent Project Review Parking lot resurfacing: This project is complete, and with this being our second engagement with Jireh we are quite pleased with their continued quality work. Ziply: Work is ongoing, however the bulk has been completed. Points of Entry have been mounted on all units, portions of the run have been trenched. - 26.08.26 – Ziply and AsphaltParking Lot Status Hey all, we want to extend a big thank you to everyone for clearing the lot in time for Jireh to begin work. The lot has been sealed, please stay off of the marked area as it dries. Tomorrow they will return to paint the lot, which will need to dry overnight. The lot will be open for use on the morning of Friday the 28th. Ziply Install Ziply has been on site wiring up our buildings for fiber. - 26.08.26-27: Parking Lot ResurfacingWe are sealing and painting the parking lot next week from 8/26 – 8/27. All vehicles must be removed by the evening of Tuesday, 8/25. Don’t walk or drive in the marked area until 8/28. Any vehicles remaining in the lot on the morning of 8/26 will be towed at owners’ risk and expense. Residents are currently responsible for finding their own street parking or other accommodation. - 26.07.06 – Meeting PacketRatify Prior Meeting Minutes – Board Vote We need to ratify our prior meeting minutes found here. Tree Trimming – July 16th Washington Tree Experts are coming out July 16th to trim our trees away from our buildings. Please give them space and follow any instructions given by them for your safety. Asphalt Seal & Paint – VOTE We pursued 3 quotes to seal and repaint our asphalt, however one vendor ended up declining to bid, hence the 2 provided. Note that we budgeted $8,929.97 for this work in ’26
